The Property and Finance meeting is looking for a new Secretary could this be YOU? This is an admin role so you don’t need to have any property or finance skills; other members of the meeting look after that. The role involves taking the minutes at our meeting 3 times per year and representing the property team at the Church Council meetings which are also 3 times a year. In terms of administration there are a number of records which need to be maintained on an annual basis to ensure we are compliant and maintaining the equipment. If you are interested or would like further information please speak to John Fletcher.
