A Message to the Church Family at Trinity
It is with regret that we have to advise you that in accordance with Government and Methodist Connexion advice in respect of the Coronavirus we are having to cease Worship, and indeed all activities, at Trinity until further notice.
We are developing alternative plans for Worship and Jennifer/Sarah this coming Sunday and Arnold/Ruth the following week are hoping to put some form of service together that people can follow at home. Thereafter, as plans are developed, we will let you know via this medium with updates put on the Church website and facebook as appropriate.
Hopefully we will find a way to get such information out to people without access to computers but again this is being worked on.
Also, underway are thoughts about whether we can open the Church on occasion for prayer and how we can support those who are self-isolating
For everyone this an unsettling time for many reasons and it is important that we retain contact with those who are self-isolating especially people who live alone.
Remember the words of the Psalmist for all who fear God and trust in him are blessed beyond expression:
‘He does not fear bad news, nor live in dread of what may happen. For he is settled in his mind that Jehovah will take care of him.’
(Psalm 112:7)
